Abstract

The connections between what would be built on a street and socio-economic criteria for a fine street are not always easy to achieve. If we couldn't walk along street or go from one side to the other, then their aren't livable place. Accessibility, interaction, publicness, comfort, safety connectedness and image ability Are the qualities which are subject to make street as livable place-Dynamic place. Most of early streets, and country streets are could be called as' livable streets. But urban Streets? Rapid developments of technology and high concentration of people influence Badly for the livability of streets. It create inhuman environment. Bodies that are involving to create now street pay more attention to one side of the situation. But qualities of Livable street is necessary - its' need.
