A web-based client management system for a software company

Abstract

A computerized client management system helps the firm to store all client records in one place. As a large number of employees are involved with clients in a daily basis, a web based Client Management System helps the firm to easily analyze and evaluate client activities and information. This research paper represents a web based solution to a client management system that mainly focuses on clients of an organization that provides software solutions to the travel industry. With the use of numerous web technologies, a system has been implemented to manage and organize clients. Two surveys have also been carried out during the course of the project. The first research was carried out to determine the effectiveness of the other client management systems that are available in the market. The second survey was carried out to measure the success of the implemented client management system.
