With the increasing demand for polymers for variety of applicatio~s, replacing conventional materials such as metals, their disposal has become a major environmental issue since most of them are nondegradable. Hence, the fabrication of environmentally friendly polymeric systems has been a major research interest. In the current research, synthesis of a block copolymer of styrene with cellulosic segments has been carried out.en_US
